Our vision: → Increase equal opportunities in the labor market Our mission: → Regional employment agency and advice center for refugees The aim of RISE is to set up a regional employment agency for refugees that provides them with support on all aspects of integration, further training and job search: Integration, further training and job search. This means that we primarily want to help refugees find suitable employers, overcome any administrative barriers and tackle existing difficulties. The aim is to make it as easy as possible for them to start a job here in Germany and to ease their integration into the German labor market. We also want to provide open-ended advice: → Should it be a regular job or rather an apprenticeship? → How about an internship or voluntary work to get started? We will only achieve all of this thanks to a well-developed network with refugee shelters and migration centers, potential employers and important partners for further training - which is why networking, alongside project development, is one of our most important tasks. As a member of the Team RISE, you can expect the following tasks: - Researching current political developments, statistics and legal issues - networking - Creative brainstorming - Developing a business plan - Defining the business idea
